Fasatan® - outside EPDM foil
Ensure more safety on construction sites by using the Fasatan®/Fasatyl® system with high flexibility for window and facade connection sealing. The sealing foils are made of an EPDM and butyl rubber base material, and can be worked quickly and easily without pre-treatment or mechanical fixing. Even in difficult areas, such as uneven undergrounds or corners, the rot, age, UV and bitumen-resistant material will not cause any problems. You will be working with a top brand for facade sealing.
Fasatan® is made of EPDM rubber and is a polymerized rubber compound from ethylene and polypropylene whose completely saturated molecules ensure unlimited resistance to weathering of any kind. The sealing strips have outstanding physical and chemical properties, and are breathable. That´s what makes them outstandingly suitable for sealing outer facades.

Fasatan® TFS - EPDM adhesive
Fasatan® TFS is a flexible, single-component adhesive. Fasatan® TFS is resistant to overnight condensation and cures with atmospheric moisture to a flexible, rubbery plastic. This has excellent weather and chemical resistance.
Fasatan® TFS is suitable for internal and external elastic bonding:
- for the bonding of our construction sealing membranes Fasatan® and Fasatyl®,
- for the bonding of rebates, mitres and overlaps,
- for bonding of construction components made from plaster, natural stone, aluminium, steel, zinc, copper, glass, wood, MDF, tiles, ceramic among each other or on solid mineral surfaces.

Multi Primer Spray
Multi Primer Spray is a ready-to-use adhesive adhesion promoter on varying building surfaces such as plaster, concrete, gas-aerated concrete, brick, sand-lime brick, hard PVC and various sheet metals. Application is really simple: Spray Multi Primer Spray onto the surface to be primed, let dry, ready. Handling is carried out of the sprayable can, other tools like brush or roller are not necessary.
Multi Primer Spray is used as a primer for:
- sealing tapes for seal connection joints on windows Winflex®, Winflex® Optima, Inside and Outside,
- Bosig butyl and bituplast strips, tapes and membranes,
- Fasatan®-Fix system,
- adhesive pastes Fasatan® TFS, Fasatan® TFU, Winflex® TFS és Winfix®.

Bituplast® AW
Bituplast® AW is a cold-self-adhesive, bituminous waterproofing membrane with a highly tearproof, double-laminated HDPE protective film with excellent mechanical characteristics, both in longitudinal as well as in cross direction. Bituplast® AW can also be processed without use of hot air or a propane gas flame on damp or cold (up to -10 °C) sub surfaces. Bituplast® AW can also be applied to difficult points without problems, due to its extreme suppleness. Bituplast® AW is immediately watertight and heavy rain proof, able to bridge gaps, solvent-free. For ensuring the overlap, on the upper side of the membrane edge strips are applied on both sides.
