MFiX Tömítő Spray is an easy-to-use rubberized utility coating that stops and seals leaks instantly. It fills and seals leaks and cracks, providing a flexible water-tight seal that prevents moisture penetration, rust and corrosion. It has a high-build and high viscosity formula specifically developed to fill cracks, gaps and holes while maintaining superior flexibility even with temperature changes, joints of different materials and UV radiation. It contains almost triple solids of compared to conventional products. Therefore the coating seals quickly and builds a thick coating and allows you to spray enough material at once, without wasting time while the previous layer dries. It maintains its flexibility so it can be used to seal leaks and cracks on metal, vinyl, plastic, PVC, concrete and other surfaces year round. Its coating can be used on everything from sealing leaks on sunroofs,ventilations, drains, ductwork and gutters to sealing small foundation cracks. This versatile coating can be over painted with any paint after it has dried.
